Training

Courses are designed to address a specified subject area. Subjects are covered in an efficient, "to the point" manner. We keep in mind that every employee's time is valuable.

Animation and interactive features hold the student's interest. We seek to make the course entertaining.

Each course is divided into several modules that take less than an hour to complete. Studies have shown that retention degrades for most people after an hour or so of study.

A test is given at the end of each module. Students may start courses, stop and begin again where they left off at any time that fits their schedule.

Testing

At the end of each module a short test is given. Usually the test consists of five multiple-choice questions. All questions must be answered correctly before the student may continue to the next module. If the student gives an incorrect answer they are asked to review the course work and retake the test.

The intent of the testing is to insure that the course material is understood not to give grades. The only test score record kept is that the test was eventually competed successfully.

You can have a high confidence that every employee completing a course has the required subject knowledge base.

Records

On-line records of student activity are available to a company coordinator. Records can be viewed and printed using several sort options, including; by student, by department, and by course. The coordinator can print course certificates for students that have completed courses.

Records detail when courses were last visited, modules completed and courses completed successfully.

Students can view their own progress and all records are password protected.
